Thanks for the heads up and welcome to HUKD lance w :)

Aren't they advertising this offer on their tmobile website?
#3
They are advertising without the unlimited landline calls. So just state you saw advert in either June Sky magazine page 10 or on the link provided when you phone the number on the web.

my mate works in a T-Mobile Store, this is their summer-long promotion.

T-Mobile change their offer on the Flex-t tariff every month (e.g. earlier this year the web and walk package was cheaper, or there was the month there was £50 instant cashback on the bill).

The free evening/weekend calls deal started on the 1st May 2007 with a projected promotion end of 30th June 2007. However, the deal has been extremely popular and now ends 31st August 2007.

Also, be wary of print offers for mobile phones (esp. those where you quote an offer code) The offer may well have been superceded by a newer deal, but quoting the code gets you the printed deal. They will make no attempt to tell you if another deal is better value (and why wouldn't they!)

So, this is nothing new, but it is a great deal (I signed up in May onto Flex-t 25, and the free weekend calls are great as I've not once gone over my Flex-t credit).

EDIT: Ah, I see, the ad got you unlimited land-line calls (i assume all the time too). Even better, but you're still stumping up a min of £35 a month for £180 of credit you'll only ever spend on texts, or mobile calls during the week. So really this is a good deal only for the heavy talkers.

T-Mobile shops only offer Free evening and weekend.
This offer Free evening and weekend plus unlimited landline calls any time.
#6
It's just a shame i need a landline for the broadband otherwise i'd say bye to BT
#7
I just took out a contract with FlexT 35 at the beginning of July. Will they offer me this deal?
#8
Excellent that means i can buy this deal considering they initially pulled this deal in June
#9
I'm not sure remember that this is direct sales offer and not available in the T-Mobile shop.

YOU CAN ONLY ASK! Even without the unlimited landline calls still a good offer.
#10
The unlimited landline calls deal was pulled 17 days after it came out... but the network continued to print the advert until June edition of the Sky magazine page 10 with a closing date of 31st July. but as you see from the web link the offer hasn't been taken off and the closing date 31st August.

The network has said it will honour those people stating they have seen the advert.

This is a link to the scanned page 10 advert in Sky magazine June edition.

Don't dispute the availability of the offer however the reason is invalid

Website Advertisements are not covered by ASA. Its not in their terms of reference. IT's something a lot of companies exploit
#13
That's true but that's why i have added the Sky mag offer with picture.

Hi,

I have just recently taken a tmobile contract via e2save and I'm on the flext35 price plan, would I be able to get the free evening, wkend and unlimited landline calls?

Thanks,
G
#15
NO! Offer is only from T-Mobile direct sales.
#16
Thanks mate, for scanning the ad. Initially they told me that the offer is withdrawn. But when i mentioned about the ad, they reluctantly honoured the offer and I am getting a free N95 as well. Thanks to hotukdeals and lance. He charged me £5.89 for special delivery but when I took out insurance of £8.99 which has a cancellation period of 14 days, he gave it free along with N95 which initially costed £50. thats trading at £400 in ebay.. hahahaha..
#17
Well that's great news after all i had to fight to get this deal and now i have a tariff that gives me everything in one package. ENJOY!
#18
Its also showing unlimited landline calls on their website now but only valid until 31 July 07

would i still be able to get it after that day or just get it now as my contract doesnt end until the end of sept.
#19
Ayejatt. Get it NOW! Just state the advert for unlimited landline calls and free evening and weekend calls was in the Sky magazine June edition page 10. Scanned picture is in on the 1st page.

If your current number isn't that important get rid or downgrade to lower price plan and when you come to end of contract turn it into pay&go.

Well.. all i can see in the website is free evening and weekend calls to landlines and mobiles. where does it say free unlimited calls to landlines at any time??? i am baffled. tis a good deal and tmobile are outrageous in retaining customers and trust me i am with them for 6 years inspite of me trying other network. a free n95 worth atleast £300 in ebay and why do u hesitate?? thank hotukdeals and lance.
#21
Because I took a contract out with the Mobile outlet I won't get the free weekend calls, just spoke to Tmobile. Sounds like you need to take the contract direct from Tmobile to get the offer.

www.tmobile.co.uk/skyoffers web site offer.

Now forget about quoting this web offer. Just phone them and state you have the advert for unlimited landline calls and free evening and weekend calls which was in the Sky magazine June edition page 10
#23
What tariff do you have to take to get the N95 for free? Is it free on the 12-month Flext 35, I cannot read the text in the Sky mag scan.
#24
£50 or more on a 18 month contract is on the advert for N95. Phone up and ask though things may have changed.
#25
I've just rang up, the N95 is £20 on an 18 month contract and £60 on a 12-month contract. Does this deal close on 31 July as on the website or is it 31 August as I think it is on the advert?
#26
ADVERT OFFER ENDS 31ST JULY. Good offer for the phone i paid £120 in May.

As for web offer they don't have to honour that one. ASA don't cover web adverts.

and you need to be on Flext 35 + Web n Walk to get that prices

Edit: And i had to go with that £42.50 pm with £59.99 for N95 + £6 Delivery (12 mths contract)
They said even i take out insurance, they wont barge on price on handset or delivery...well its a good enough deal imo..

Just a note to say thanks LanceW - managed to get in on the 31st - had to have an argument with the operator who refused the free landline thing (it's expired, it's not on our website, you must be looking at Sky's website [that pee'd me off - I had the website in front of me and having worked in IT it was fairly obvious who's site I was on] but she spoke to a manager at my request who authorised it.

Thanks!

Your welcome in had to involve the ASA about the advert in Sky mag, after the network denied the advert and closing date and refused to give my friends this offer.:whistling:

I'm not a fan of the customer service that is given but i'm sure they are just following orders.:x

please remember that in the small print is.....

When did you get contract out, was it before July?

I just record these conversations so they don't mess me around.

Thanks for the heads up and welcome to HUKD lance w :)

Hi,

I took this offer up at the end of July and have just noticed on my phone bill T-Mobile are not honouring the deal because they are not giving the unlimited landline calls. They have said I need to provide proof of the offer with a print out for them to give me the offer.

Has anyone a copy of the web page this offer was on?

Thanks.
