Not that great a deal IMHO.

T&C's state:

Cycle must be sold at full price

Offer not available on sale bikes
There are plenty of online retailers selling the same bikes for 10 - 15% less with free delivery. Picking an example at random - 14" Dawes Lottie:

Cycles UK = £99.99 + free helmet
ChainReaction = £89.99
Winstanley Bikes = £84.99
etc.

However for kids helmets I'd never recommend buying online. It's *MUCH* better to buy one from a local bike shop where they can be correctly sized and fitted, and you can be offered advice on how it should be positioned on the head. A badly fitted / adjusted helmet is probably worse than no helmet at all IMHO. Also that way they get to pick one they are happy with, so much more likely to wear it!

In fact given that the savings on the kids bikes aren't huge you could probably get the kids bike from the local bike shop, your kid could test it, find one they are comfortable with. Getting someone else to set up the bike and make sure it's correctly adjusted isn't worth jepardising over a tenner's savings. With a bit of luck you might persuade the LBS to chuck in a few free / discounted accessories!
