So it's not £25.53, it's £307.56. Surely that's what should go in the headline. You can't get it for just one month.

Why is this being voted so cold..??
It's the cheapest I've seen this phone.. or has it been cheaper than this and I missed it?
£12.81 a month for a pretty modern android phone seemed very good to me.. obviously I'm missing something. Anyone care to explain?

It's probably due to those without the ability to organise themselves such that they achieve the cashbacks. It's not difficult!

Well as you say it's very simple; it just involves setting up an alarm on the phone or a task in outlook or write in a diary to remind yourself to send the email with the pdf of the bill (there's a 2 month window and they confirm receipt).. very easy.

Oh well, I posted it, so I've done my bit to try to help people (as this site has saved me so much money.. either that or made me buy bargains I didn't need!).
If people aren't interested then I can't make them; I just wondered why there was all this negativity.. ;)

Thank you & thanks for the welcome - at least someone's posted their reasons :)

I've been looking at mobiles for quite a while and this one stood out for me; I was surprised it wasn't more popular.. I still haven't seen a better deal, but I guess we're all different in what we're looking for.

Yeah, okay I must admit a 24 month contract _is_ long, but seemed all I could find at this sort of price.. I still think £12.82 for a mobile of this quality is good - but each to their own. I keep my phones for years anyway(!).

The free 10 months line rental is as certain as you want to make it I would have thought?
Everyone else who I know who have done the same thing (with this Co) haven't had any problems at all.. just an emailed pdf-bill from time to time.

Can't really see how you can say the phone is outdated until the Desire S is released and that won't be available at this kind of price for a long while....
You could compare it to the Desire HD (which was my other option) - but that's still £21+ a month (£8x24 is quite a saving); but that's with this 'fraught' claiming system as well.. (and heavier, albeit not much larger - I work with 2 people who have each and have been 'weighing' them up)..

Oh well, I'm happy with this for the next year at least and if something better comes along I'll pass it onto the wife! :)

24 months is the reason most phone deals get voted cold so put in cashback and a phone that's a year old and you get a freezing deal.
