These guys are the best ive come across when it comes to cashback i would say its idiot proof but i suppose it depends on the idiot when you get coupons with the date on it and all you have to do is return it on within 28 days of the date by registered post, how much more help do you require to get your money back
#5
cheers op, gone for one, it does sound like its hard to feck up the cashback, and even if it doesnt materialise its not exactly crippling monthly cost...
#6

Had 4 phones from them in the past, cashback dead easy, all laid out clearly and generous time scales within which to submit your claims.

Just ordered a HTC HD2 from them

Stay clear of dial a phone worst customer service ive ever had !:x
#26
I had a contract with them before and no probs at all, even accepted email claims from me.

Anyone have an opinion re. this phone vs. the Tocco Lite?
Tocco seems to be going for £20 more on ebay and review suggests the screen on this isn't great...

Ordered one, the site doesn't include any information about the process of cashback, I hope i receive it with the phone.

I have had two previous cashback deals from them and really clear instructions for the cashback process are included when you receive the phone. The timescales are pretty generous too.

Have ordered one of these for my hubby - thanks very much to the OP!

Thanks ...ordered yesterday and quidco already tracked.

I have used Dial-a-phone before and their cashback process is the simplest and most generous among all the cashback deals. I received all my cashbacks without any problem.

However if you ever need to catch their customer service on phone then it's another story.
It's fully automated with a horrible voice recognition system and almost impossible to
catch someone to discuss anything. Saying that you don't need to call them unless something goes horribley wrong.
#32
If anyone's interested, I Went into carphone warehouse today to compare this with the Tocco and girl working their said she'd def get the Tocco, had some complaints about this one.

Funnily enough I had cause to call them about a hiccup with the delivery of my phone this week and their automated phone system will drive you round the bend. You can't speak to anyone with most of the options offered and there is no option to return to the main menu so you have to call again and go through it all over.

Eventually, after a few calls back and selecting all sorts of options, to speak to someone you have to select the option for cancelling, even if that's not why you are ringing.

Looking at taking up this or the Tocco Lite deal.

Can anyone who has taken this up confirm the following: is the 14 months free line rental claim paid by cheque or by credit direct to the mobile phone account (the website help section seems to mention that for redemptions either/or may apply depending on the deal)?
