It shouldn't be too bad. The main problem with cashback deals used to be that people forgot to send the claims. The new problem is that companies started to go bust within the 12 or months when claims were due.

Neither of those problems really exist here as you won't have to deal with them any more than a month or two into the future. Just make sure you send back the documentation they ask for and if you want to be reall safe send it via Special Delivery with consequential loss cover. Everything will be fine. :)

Have you ever dealt with the company? The T&C look similar to BMP's - just a coincidence?

I assume it's a coincidence as they're owned by a different company. :) I don't see what the problem is with this though? There's virtually no risk...

Not a bad deal but I would be wary of them, I've never even heard of them!

To add to the bit about consequential loss insurance, you have to make a claim within 7 days (I think) of the date that you sent the claim so don't wait until the tv doesn't turn up after a couple of months as the conqequential loss will be invalid. Check that it got delivered on-line and make a claim straight away if needed.

I dont think many people would take out a £35 per month contract on this telephone, It is possible to buy it on ' pay as you go' for £40 from Orange ( Model 3110c includes a camera)
