I got this a couple of months back when the promotion was on and got the 500 mins/txts a month for a tenner.

Having used 3 in the past and received a useless service from them I was very sceptical but for a tenner a month I thought, what the hell! and gave it a go...I wasnt disappointed either. The 3120 is a fantastic phone and the signal and call quality on the network has been pretty good. :)

Worst network i have ever used. 5 replacement phones + 2 repairs and still had hundreds of failed/ unobtainable calls. Worst customer service of any network seemingly just reading from a script without any real chance of sorting out problems. Was forced to pay my contract off 6 months early due to loss of business customers unable to contact me. Am now back on T mobile without any problems. They may be cheap but it is worth paying a few quid extra a month for another network with good call quality and customer service.

Been with 3 for 2 years now, CS is **** but I've always managed to get my problem sort if I've had one, very rare I get a missed call, signal is as good as 02 & orange / better than T-mobile & virgin but isn't as good as vodafone:( You can't have everything though:) Hope this helps, also check on the website to see if your as got good coverage for the 3 network (always do that for any network before signing up)

been with 3 for just over a year , i find coverage can be intermittent and get only parts of texts sometimes especially at home were signal is weak. however where coverage is good which is the majority of places i have no problems - same as virgin - i was on them b4
I can put up with this as sometimes as i use this to my advantage. You can use this as an excuse when people cant contact you at home - handy when work is looking you or you cant be bothered talking to someone "no i never got your call / text / message i am on 3 and the signal is not the best" routine
If coverage at certain places is really important to you do what i did , buy a cheap 3 payg from ebay for about £15/20 to check signal strength in areas. Then if good for you get a contract and sell phone on again

had no problems as yet , paying £10/ month for 300min/text bundle (got auto cashback and quidco deal) will renew with them if i can get a better offer

Not recommended. Very bad phone. Battery last in 24 hours when you talk half an hour. I used this phone on six month contract from Three but it has been broken after drop ones on carpet.

You can get a free sim in the store if you top up with £10 or more, or you could buy a sim for for £1.94. Also they offer a 14 day money back if you cannot get signal at your home postcode
