I, personally, haven't found that. Always had my cheques back within the alloted 28 (or is it 30) days.

Just about to finish my 3rd cashback deal with them, and would go back to them or E2Save

Kevin.

I went for this deal via e2save this evening. This is a brand new 6630 - 12 months Free on 12 m contract & is available over phone only. Worth not Quidcoing because the deal in itself is a bargain !!

250 x-net mins + 150 texts / month. Cashback to be claimed in 4 stages : months 6, 8, 10 and 12. Shame, they charged me £3.99 for delivery.

e2save have run out of stock already.

Agreed Toybhoy ;-)

But the OSPS deal is from Orange (not Voda). Reliability of cashback is higher @ OSPS / e2save compared to CoolNewMobile. Having said that, I've had 5/5 successful claims from CoolNewMobile :)

got this phone on free 02 upgrade 3 days ago. It is superb phone-super light (91g i think, i don't even feel it in my pocket), and easy to use. Better than your average free phone for sure.
Camera not bad at all, and mp3 player too.
#16
I just recieved by last cashback for a 1 year contract with them, no complaints.
#17
ok ok so its a 12 month contract with 12 months free so its 100% free??
#18
dont see what all the fuss is about you can get loads of new phones for 12 free with 500 anytime minutes withe phoneboxdirect www.phoneboxdirect.co.uk/ ive had phones from them and no trouble with the cash back:-D
#19
what do you guys think of the nokia 6288 is this a good phone:?
#20
can I order more than one?

I was going to ask the kind lady on the phone when I ordered one 5 minutes ago, but forgot in all my excitement.

Generally I would sell both of them, but my brother's birthday is coming up, so a mobile worth £150+ would make a person turning 13 more than happy.

Also, if I opt out of recieving paper bills in favour of online bills, will the charge for itemised billing excluded, or would I still be paying for itemised billing?

Thanks in advance :)

BTW, voted hot & rep added

blinkin hot mate. contract expirin in 2 weeks n was gonna go PAYG. this changed my mind rather quickly....

Cheers

p.s. no probs with OSPS or e2save if you can stick to the claim dates & use special delivery!
#22
Went for that deal after seeing it on their site but they told me it was available only if I was taking another contract - they offered a Moto L6 on virgin for £20/month but 12 months free via cashback.

Feel a bit cheated that they forced me into another contract but 2 12 months contracts at 12 months free can't be bad.

They also confirmed it was a new phone.

As i have said before you can get just the one phone with a 12 month free line and free phone from phoneboxdirect has anybody taken alook. i have used them before and had no problems with cashback.

i wouldn't trust anyone else but cpw affiliates now, some of these smaller firms have started reporting problems, i.e mobileshop seem to be having trouble

I just ordered through OSPS and was told by one of the sales people that initially they were incorrectly told to only offer the deal when bought with another contract but she said they were then inundated with calls from people saying that the offer was actually for a single 12 month contract.

Only downside is that I got charged £3.99 for a "name and address check"(), well that's what she said, even when I questioned this.

BTW they still have some available according to the lady I spoke to, so get in fast!

Oh and voted hot, thanks
#28
you cant trust the big firms either dial-a-phone had a cash back offer on a 12 month contract and you had to send in your 12th bill which i did but because i had also cancelled the contract because it was finished they didnt honour it because they said that the account the money was going to be paid in was closed whic it wasnt because there was a credit on my but they are still not willing to pay me my final cashback:x
#29
I dunno, CPW gave me the full cashback on my 18 month contract without a problem, even though I cancelled it straight after it finished.

this is dial-a-phone i havent had any problems with cpw either nor the other companies.

£130 phone free
excellent

Just ordered from OSPS as well - Lady on the phone sounded knackered:-)

Also charged 3.99 for "Name and Address Check" but no attempt to sell me any thing else. Note you need to opt out of Phone insurance (5.99/month I think) after 3 months and Technical Supprt (1.99/month) after a month. Cancellation number should be on the paperwork.

PhoneBoxDirect offer didn't seem bad either - but monthly cost is more if the cash back goes wrong and I've never heard of them. I have heard of CPW who own OSPS!

I know mate but I thought you were making a general point that big companies can still shaft you and I was trying to point out in my experience CPW seem reliable.
