Gotta agree! Should be free. N95 8GB is new.

these are bad phones i know a lot of people who have had this phone and it has broken or gone wrong in someway for all of them

I wouldn't call a handset that has been out for a little over a year now as a very old phone. And I wouldn't go so far as to make an all encompassing statement calling it a bad phone either. Mine has been faultless throughout the length of time I have owned it. Alas I can only speak for myself so maybe I am in a minority? Regardless, I think this is a good deal for a feature packed handset such as this.

Have you ever wondered why these "bad phones" still command a huge audience a year after release? Because the N95 is still one of the best phones out there. Bad phone my butt! lmao

No not at all.

In answer to the statement "I wouldn't call a handset that has been out for a little over a year now as a very old phone". - Put simply, I would. Things move fast in this industry, and the N95 is definately class as old for me.

In terms of "bad phones". No its not a bad phone. It has some flaws, as do most phones, but if you can deal with the memory and battery issues, its a great feature packed device.

But it is still old. and therefore my comment that it should be free, stands as far as I can see.

I have a N95 8GB, and paid £50 for it on a £45ish 18 month contract. Its now free, or at least nearly free on the same contract, and cheaper ones, so I don't see why the old N95 should be more?

oh and btw... its at -29% so I guess the people have spoken.

Why are people saying that this should be free?

The phone is free. The contract is £20 per month.

Of course I respect all opinions voiced, and agree that the Nokia N95 8GB is a better phone, but are there any better deals for the Nokia N95?

to clarify: when I say "it should be free"... I mean I'd expect it to be free, so this isn't anything special :)
