edit: Seems like people are confused.
Carphone warehouse are offering a FREE jabra bluetooth headset + an orange SIM CARD when you buy a £10 topup ALLOWANCE.
PLUS If you go via quidco, you get £3.

so total cost = £10 (for purchase of topup) less £3 (quidco) = £7
Now for £7 you are basically getting, an orange SIM CARD, £10 CREDIT ALLOWANCE for calls/sms, a FREE jabra bluetooth headset worth £14.99
also remember with orange you get 2 cinema tickets for the price of 1 on wednesdays!

edit if link is not working, go to carphonewarehouse website and then click on pay as you go sim cards on your left to see the offer

The Quidco page says the following which is probably where the idea of a free £10 top-up comes from, not that I think it’s true:

£3 for Orange pay as you go simcard (free + £10 airtime topup) and get a free Jabra bluetooth headset

http://www.quidco.com/carphone-warehouse/
#5
it says on the CPW page " get a free PAYG sim card when you top up by £10"

then you get the BT headset free. so as the OP says if you go via Quidco it will be a net £7 outlay for £10 of credit, sim card and BT headset.

if you follow the link and on the page where it says FREE*, leave your mouse on it, it will then display (when bought with £10 top up!!!) also quidco has been updated with this offer! so double confirmation!

also scroll down the page to check the meaning of the * sign next to FREE, it says 'when bought with £10 top up'

Thanks for clarifying that. Nice deal; if only Orange worked at my home.

I would not P on orange if they were on fire - but even with that, cannot see why this deal is cold.

i'm guessing it should be validated/received as £3... tracked amounts not very reliable, only validated ones are the correct ones

Nice find. Worth getting a spare sim for Orange Call Abroad.

cheapest on amazon is actually £8.87 (£4 shipping)

also ditch quidco and use http://www.cashbackkings.com/carphone-warehouse/bargains/m11 , they pay £5 cashback on this instead of £3.

most deals on this site recommend quidco but I only use Cashbackkings now- it often has higher % rates than quidco and all my transactions have tracked instantly. after constant hassle with quidco cashback not tracking and tickets taking months to be processed I couldn't recommend CBK more! as if that wasn't enough they will refund your £5 admin fee if you have already paid it at quidco ( http://www.cashbackkings.com/switch ) :-D

immediately i been calling every 4 days and told will be 48 hours and still nothing. what number you calling?
#35
Just calling the normal customer services number 450.

First time I called them they said 48hrs, nothing happened.
When I called them this time the person applied the credit immediately onto my account.
#36
carphonewarehouse serious pain in the rear

when i purchased the j100i which should have come with £10 credit on virgin I kept calling them up for the credit for a month and a half until they decided to refund me the money for the credit. i would stear clear of deals like this unless you are very patient and dont need the credit for awhile.
#37
well this is the first time i have had a problem with them and thats probably 1 in 20 items i have purchased. finally after a month and 5+ phone calls i have been given 2 numbers to take into store where they will give me 2x£10 credit so i have been given £20 for the trouble and this was all thanx to a sales rep who i had a major moan at and he put it straight through to someone to sort out and was a result. the customer support just dont seem to have the power to do anything.
