Was this the company that did the personalised Christmas books last year (as per postings on hotukdeals)? If it's the same company then the transaction worked out fine.

When i tried the link it says postage £1.99 applies. I guess they have changed the terms since last week. I used this company for a birthday book and an xmas one they are very reliable

I'll go through Paypal to be safe but thanks! x

How the hell do you register? I've spent about five minutes on this bit, it keeps telling me to put in phone number with area code. I have done. :\ I've tried every possible combination.

I had the same issue Danny, ]i just put the cursor before the "(" and hit random numbers (that didnt show up)

Stupid system imo

I've used Identity Direct a number of times with no problems - I also received their newsletter earlier this week which had a free delivery offer which may explain why some people aren't paying P&P but I think this has now expired.

However, I am just trying to order the placemat and it goes into my basket at £7.99 despite it saying £0.00 on the order page but if you click through the basket into Checkout it goes back to £0.00. Confusing much?

I also had trouble inputting the phone number. I just kept pressing process and after the 4th or 5th time it accepted it.

I've never seen before to order something just with the card number and expiry date. No CVV code.
#26
So is it worth £2?!?!
#27
Got mine today, they give me Disney Princess instead of the cars one and it's not really that good, just laminated card.. the quality of the picture is alright but thats about it
