I hate quality street (too many toffees and nuts, not enough soft centres) but if I can get these then someone will eat them.

I know what you mean.. oO

I voted hot, but I'm annoyed with you. I saw this deal this morning, and now you've posted it on here my chances of getting the £2 back later are significantly slimmer :p

Thanks - just went and got a box plus the Pepsi and Kingsmill Thins :)

May be an update issue with Quidco's ClickSnap currently at c1:30pm.
I claimed a couple of items this morning and already confirmed, but when logged in to the website was showing NO OFFERS whatsoever, but then as I was typing this it reappeared, including the £2 Quality Street offer AND its now appeared on my phone App.

For those unfamiliar with Quidco's ClickSnap site/App or the other four cashback opportunities for uploading in-store supermarket shopping receipts see my LONG summary on a recent KiKai posting re Shopitize:

When do we all know when all 5000 have been redeemed ? will the offer still show on the app or will it vanish thus meaning 'Game over' ?

As deb8z says there'll be a problem.
Not least as you can't trust the APP to reveal claimable items even with a regular non-capped # of redemeptions item!

eg If you have already successfully redeemed a "regular" ClickSnap offer it'll still show on the App until the expiry date and will let you apply to redeem it yet again, just you'll be frustrated when "items ineligible" appears on your Activity report on Quidco ClickSnap.

ONLY If you look ONLINE at the Quidco site you'll see that you've already redeemed it as "Redeem 0 times" shows there.

And even on the Quidco site it'll let you TRY to redeem it yet again as the pop-down will show '1' rather than '0' as the number you can claim, just for 'ineligible' report later.

So just as with TopCashBack's Snap & Save and their # limited offers, I really don't know how you'll know if you're part of the first 'n' thousand attempted redemptions, which is disappointing.

Be careful, I submitted a claim and it got declined because the receipt was a little folded when I took the picture. Had to contact them to pay out! Thought they were being a little pathetic declining because theres a slight fold on the receipt.

The latest app updates have made it a pita to upload on checkoutsmart but the clicksnap is fine and always works fine. Remember you can always upload via SD card in the app or website.

No don't, I did this and it all went black.

Heat for the app info too, I didn't even know about that. Thanks

Can you upload your receipt while using an iPad? I can see the offer and it tells me I have one redemption remaining but I can't see how to upload the receipt?

Don't do that! I tried it once... soon realised most supermarket till rolls are THERMAL paper... ie the iron will turn it all black :|

(Just as time/light will make the printing fade away to a blurry shadow - ie best to make a scan/print on your computer if you're going to rely on a till receipt to support a 2...3...5 year warranty).

I have to defend quidco here. I, too, was declined but after having a really informative chat with their customer service team It was explained that the only reason they rejected my receipt image (crease) is that they need the bottom part of a receipt to display all the relevant numbers so that they can get the money from the retailer etc. Hope this helps anyone else with the same issue.

I've been informed that as long as the deal is still avail in the app just before you go ahead with the purchase then they should always allow the cash back. I have to say quidco are a very good company to deal with . There customer support is excellent. If you have any problems just email them and they will always look into things for you to make sure you get the cash back offered
