  What it means is this....
  
  Some customers are on a package that limits you to say 3 discs per month, by having 10 rentals in your list they will give you a extra disc that month ie 4 discs for that month

  It's an extra disc at home which you can keep as long as you like, all for putting in ten disks you don't really want

  I'll ask the dumb question, if on a 3 month package for 2 discs, then do this, at the end of the 3 month go to a monthly rate, will I be paying the 3 disc rate, or the 2 disc rate?

  No, its a one off bonus. Once you have used the 'credit', you'll be eligible to have 3 at once, once you have returned the discs, normal service will resume on your 2 disc at a time package

  The `Free` rental won`t affect what you pay. The only way the price will change is if you swap to a different package.

  You get a free EXTRA disc for a one time use only, your package remains the same and so does the payment.

  If you already have more than 10 items on your list is this automatic or do you need to remove/add the 10 for it to apply?
