I have used it twice and it's a pain in the a$$. You submit your claim with all the references & screen shots they request. They will then email you asking for the information you have already supplied, so you send it again. They will then ask again and you send the same info.....and then they pay out.

I just tried this and it asked me for a picture of my package
Does anyone take pictures of their packages?
The "deal" doesn't make mention of that on paypal's pages
I'm hoping it gets refunded but not going to hold my breath

You just need proof of your parcel label. Not the actual parcel. I use delivery companies that email me my delivery label.

heat, used it twice now with no issues and refunded my postal costs. As long as you give them the correct information in the first place you wont have any problems getting a refund.

it's complete BS. I tried and after loads of faffing around they confirmed I would get my £6.25... 9 weeks later I'm still waiting

You never get it returned to your bank acc...it's in your paypal acc...and is deducted on your next shop using paypal ;)

Worth a go. Will try.
People's struggles with it remind me of trying to get postage refunded from the Post Office. S fee times they have delivered Special Delivery items late. Which means a refund of postage costs. This should be automatic ....but no you have to jump through hoops. Same with their loss cover. They will only pay your item cost not what you sold it for on EBay whatever
Every obstacle is pit in your way in the hope that you will die of despair in the process.

This is posted every month without fail.

Usually goes hot, 1150° last time for some strange reason.

Voted cold for a recurring 'deal'.

Quite a few deals are like that. I'm hoping that Nationwide Refer-a-Friend one gets reposted so I can vote it cold.
