Dont know if it was a mistake but I was on "my sky" and went to look at the existing customer offers and it came up with free HD box as below.
Had a good look and could not find anything saying I had to upgrade to HD or anything, so added it to basket.
Got an Email saying "problem with order" (apparently most get this email) can I ring them, so I thought they have spotted it as a mistake and forgot about it.
Next day I get a phone call from them but all it did was go thru my details, the day after my new box arrived (the new small Amstad)
The only catch I can see is you start a new 12 month contract with them, but I had no plans to leave so no probs.
