the great deal is the CDRs at £1.99 delivered not the free delivery -

Its a great heads up that would be better placed in misc or freebies

I don't know if it's incorrectly placed according to the site rules, but I always appreciate having them posted under the deals section, because essentially money you're saving from a delivery is money saved full stop.

Some people will buy things from sites they wouldn't otherwise because they've made an immediate saving of £4-5, and therefore can justify purchasing the actual items, regardless of whether they are in a sale themselves. For example, if someone hadn't posted about the free postage deal on Threadless recently I would never have seen it and therefore would never have ordered from the site.

Thanks scrumpypaul. (Are you a Something Awful goon? -The thread icon had me doing a double take!)

jesus who cares if it's placed in the wrong place or not, it's a deal as they don't normally give free delivery and to me that's a good thing....
#15
Its about time - Often when I've been looking to order something from them I have needed to wait until the order is above the minimum order value for free delivery.... or go somewhere else like Amazon.
#16
I've just ordered a head massager for £7.99 - can't be bad. Thanks.

Thanks scrumpypaul. (Are you a Something Awful goon? -The thread icon had me doing a double take!)

this may as well be dutch to me!

i chose the icon because i thought the image of a happy smiley face might make people feel happy and smiley

i was clearly wrong in respect of some miseries, yes?
#33
mods - can't see why this should be expired - it's a valid deal and has allowed feloow hukd'ers to bag some decent bargains without having to face the shame of not having enough money to afford the shipping costs.

please be a sweetie and unexpire - if you don't mind.
#34
some nice deals there!

No, it is a happy smiley face, no other meaning I know of. Something Awful is a forum where that particular icon and icons of that style appear quite a lot, but it may well not have originated there.

Sorry for the derail!
