Great stuff - I see they also do 8 copies of the TV Times for £1, with £5.80 cashback through Quidco - you can do 2 of these a month!! Voted hot

Sorry if this is a bit thick, I'm new to the Quidco thing. How do you tell it your Quidco details?

Heat added. Some great offers there.

This is a decent magazine; well worth it for 6 issues, but make sure you cancel with them in time. I have taken out loads of these trial subs in the past, and a quick e-mail to them (with a request that they confirm cancellation by return e-mail) is enough. Never had to cancel the DD with my bank.

Somebody posted a deal yesterday for PC Pro which i think highlighted the other deals available. They deserve some credit here.

No......After the £1 has been taken from your bank account (via direct debit), just cancel the direct debit.

That way you won't have to pay anymore, and they will get the message that you no longer want the subscription. I have done that about 3 or 4 times with no problem, and quidco has tracked every time

Put two separate orders in through Quidco this morning (went through quidco twice, that is). Both have now tracked and I've got The Week and PC Pro DVD edition (with free tool kit) coming. £1 for 3 issues of PC Pro, 0 for The Week. Total profit £10.60 (£11.60 tracked on Quidco, but PC Pro cost me a quid) plus a free tool kit and the magazines, of course. ;)

I'd do this on topcashback if i was you - quidco wont accept tikets for this, so just to be safe side i did on top. Did track, and u need to cancel by post.
#12
cant you just cancel the direct debit?

No, you don't. You could just cancel the DD, but it's far better just to drop them an e-mail and ask for confirmation of the cancellation by return e-mail.

I've done this before and can categorically confirm that you do not need to write by post.

Thanks

well with natwest the DD did not appear on my account, and i fear it woulda only come the day i was suppose to be billed so i had to post letter. You dont need to email to check it has cancels, u can do it online using password printed on magazine packaging

The Week is a real good value read. Saves you buying a paper everyday as it is filled with all the pertinent news stories as well as reviews, guides, obits etc etc. Well worth a look. The six issues free is avaiable as a postcard in the mag every week.
