#2
Is this £10 per phone, or £10 for them both?

£10 per phone but you do not have to get two.
#4
they will make you run around to get the topups as they don't come preloaded
#5
it costs £6 delivery for EACH phone you order.

Just phoned them. So £16 for each phone you buy.
#6
The deal is 1 new phone for £10+£5.89 del, or 2x reconditioned phones for £20 free del.
#7
I might give them a ring when i get in

If you actually go to the website and put in this phone (Nokia 1650 - NOT the CLEARANCE model) in the PAYG option, you can get it delivered for FREE and you can choose your network, plus you buy the £10 airtime. (and Quidco)

it may be depending on which customer service rep you get as I asked was it one delivery charge for both phones and was told yes, but decided just to get one.
#23
ordered the last one just now, or that what they said.
#24
I bought one of these as a clearance phone, didn't work so had to send it back. Credit where credit is due they did send a new one out as a replacement.

I have to say though I absolutely hate the keypad on this one, it's all too easy to press 1 and have 4 register.. :o.

I think this was a phone up offer only not web.
#26

Yep.

I had to call there premium rate 'customer care' line several times which cost me over 5 quid in itself. They just keep fobbing you off with 'we will chase up your top up.. blah blah, blag blag' then eventually tell you to go to carephonewarehouse. Happening once could be considered a mistake but twice (yes I was idiotic enough to buy from them again :?) is inexcusable!

Like I have said before, I am guessing they do it to make extra revenue through there helpline. Even spend 3-4 minutes asking you 'security questions' before they actually even answer your quiry.

e2save are a bunch of crocks :p
#29
Yep now run out off stock

Oh well
#30
Please unexpire. They are still doing this deal over the phone as at 1754 today. Just doing the new handsets now (not recon) so you pay one £5.99 delivery charge for one or two. Got 2.

#31

#32
On the website, the PAYG on vodafone isnt listed? and the next cheapest one if £9.95 + £10 top-up? :?
#33
As at 18:35 i just ordered 2 handsets for £20 and no delivery charge to pay. I phoned the number listed and they are the clearence phones but they havent been used i was told.

Heat added :)
#34
Just spoke to someone - they have ran out 18.35 PM

A few weeks ago I ordered an e2save deal that was on here.

A Sony Ericsson J132 with £10 Virgin calltime for £13.95.

It came the following day which was very quick and the phone worked, well it switched on and the display came up but I didn't call out, but after a few days the display came up as just a coloured screen with no writing.
I didn't make any calls as it takes a few days for the £10 Virgin airtime credit to go on.

Anyway I kept the Virgin SIM with the £10 and sent the phone back as faulty which obviously cost me the postage to send back.

I heard nothing back from them in writing but they refunded £3.95 to the credit card I used to buy the phone deal.

Luckily I have another phone that I can use with the Virgin SIM but I've paid £10 plus the cost of sending the phone back for £10 of Virgin calls.

I thought they would have sent a replacement phone but obviously they would then be out of pocket.

Pity the phone was faulty....I don't think I'd use them again.

Most companies are great if you buy something and they send it and it works great.

If there are problems or the item is faulty then you find out if the company are any good or not.

In this respect e2save falls down.
#36
just ordered 2 ,18:52:thumbsup:
#37
Sounds like e2save don't know what they're doing. Some guys charge for each unit delivery, some charge just the 6 quid and then smoe don't charge delivery at all.
Very inconsistent and seems to be shoddy, depends on who you speak to I suppose.

I phoned up and complained about being charged £12 delivery for 2 phones and they are sending me a cheque for £6.
#38
When ordered I assumed its a NEW not refurbished. I thought I was lucky as being told it was the last one (at 15:25) and they kept me on hold for 15 minutes (good it was a free number) before they can release this handset to me. I wanted 2 originally. But then they charged only £10. The advisor insisted on giving me his name so I can call back and ask for him. Will be handy if its a refurbished. I can then complain about mis sale as I was expecting a new one.
#39
I cannot understand their policy. They are quoting different prices.
#40
was told it should arrive by special delivery today but didn't come! anyone got theirs?
