To tell the truth, site does not look very professional.

I've booked with this company for July and they worked out so much cheaper than having the hire car with the package deal £390 for two weeks 8 seater mini van, through dollar with gold insurance. first choice wanted and extra £800 for just the car insurance and if you've been before it's something you have to take out. So I'm voting HOT!!! Lets hope it workd for me in July

Dont forget to check out somewhere like MoneySavingExpert to deal with all the CDW/Extra insurance offerings from car hire firms, see
http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/travel/cheap-car-hire

As regards this firm their website is certainly 'unusual' as are their 'Accreditations' which amount to:
"U.S. Rent A Car is proud to be members of the following Associations. For more information on them please click on the relevant logo.
1) Office Of Fair Trading
2) Visit USA Association"
I had no idea a commercial car hire agency could be a member of the OFT but I guess I learned something today!

For what it's worth, used them last year (same car, same deal), cost £5 more and had no problems. They're regularly mentioned on MSE.
Also, the only extra insurance you might need is to cover the tyres/undercarriage/windscreen. All other insurances don't even carry an excess (with the exception of Dollar in a few states)
