Saw this deal in the Metro today. The phone is a "lite" version of the H1. It is missing wifi and had a 3mp camera instead of the H1's 5mp camera but seems to be essentially the same phone otherwise. I prefer 12 or 18 month contracts myself but some may benefit from this. Rather nice looking phone. I think it has a resistive screen.

Possible £90 quidco and cinema voucher but not guaranteed.

Can get similar deals for 18m on the Hero and that is a far superior phone....

So unfortunately this gets cold from me.

Thought the T-Mobile deal had expired tho? You can get the hero for £25 but it's unlikely to include unlimited internet AFAIK.

My deal about a month back was £25 a month, 18m for 200 mins, 200 text, unlimited internet.

After Quidco and a £25 cashback from the retailer it was about £21

I've still heard of people ringing up tmob and getting better deats (i.e. more text and mins) for similar prices.

Seriously mate if you are at all interested in the Hero, get one. It will **** all over the phone above.

Agree that the hero is a better phone but I'm not in the market for a phone right now. Besides, this has more minutes and texts than your deal. Ringinf T-Mob is a gamble which might pay off so it would be advisable to try that first and see if you can get it. If not, there's always this deal or innumerable other deals here on HUKD? :whistling:

Hey morpheus, i eventually went direct with tmobile rather than via buymobilephones and after a bit of haggling got 700mins, unlimited texts and unlimited internet on the free Hero..for an 18 month contract though this was quite good, had to call em about 5 times but finally got em to agree.....taken a little while to get used to phone but loving it now...apart from lack of any real use of bluetooth, its a real cracker and hopefully with eclair they will fix the bluetooth issue...:)
