For anyone signing up remember it's 18 month minimum term.

Not voted either way as don't want to switch from BT for phone or Sky for broadband.

£24.00 inclusive per month for non Orange mobile customers?

not such a good deal after all surely?

there's better deals out there for sure.

Does having a pay as you go Orange sim count as being an Orange customer?

Just about to renew my contract with Orange broadband, was told by the sales rep to buy a pay as you go mobile, wait 48hrs after activating, then phone for new broadband package and you get £5 per month discount off the package you sign up to. Only thing that gets me is the 18 month contract. But there again I have been with Orange broadband for over 5 years with no problems.

with o2, to get their existing customers discount you can just get a sim card and do minimum top ups every 3 months to keep the line active and the discounts applied. Might be the same thing with orange.... read the T&Cs

orange bb was shocking before, not sure about now...

Still shocking now. Switched from O2 and speed has dropped from 13Mbps to around 4, even though it's the same line and both are 20 Meg services. The router is dreadful and needs a reset every few hours - devices like internet radios are unusable as they just keep cutting off.

When we called about the poor speed, the best suggestion from the overseas call centre was to delete the browser cache!

Cheaper though. But you really get what you pay for.
