Have you tried any usb devices in the starview yet mate, will it play divx or dvd format already on a external harddrive or just whats been recorded of the starview itself.

I know you now already know, but for others, these drives are standard SATA laptop drives. The one inside mine is a Seagate Momentus 5,400rpm model.

I ordered 2 and they were both despatched yesterday, really pleased, didn't think amazon would honour the deal !
