£40 is actually not that bad for Far Cry, especially if you can get some cheap credit. Of all the big Christmas releases, that one seems to be holding on to it's value much more than the others.

I do want to get FC4, but seems that the price for a physical is a little more at the shops (£45 Game.co.uk), but seen it go for around £33 on the FS/FT section. I'm thinking of holding out for physical since resale is decent. I don't like paying full retail for digital games.

You wouldn't need to do though. You can get a £35 PSN card for around £30 and then just top it up with an extra £5 and the digital version should cost you around £35 total. Personally I prefer digital these days since I find discs a bit pointless but that's probably just me.

It's still tempting to bite at. But think I'll hold out for a physical copy, I can always sell it on after I get bored. :)

Or you could spend cheap credit on something cheap in the first place. £40 is ridiculous as a 'deal' for Far Cry 4, I paid less on day 1.

As did I but good offers on that game are now few and far between. Unless of course you have a DeLorean available that you haven't mentioned yet, I'm not sure what use that will be to anyone.

With the sales starting in only a few days I'd be shocked if there wasn't somewhere which drops the game to a significantly better price than £40.

Great game! And it's not afraid to punish you with adding on more years. I got 20 years just for talking and 10 or 15 years for sleeping while laying down.
