#10

Nice one cheers. Twin set was out of stock in Nottingham but there are some in Mansfield.
#12
I have not been here long, and not having a go at anyone, but there does not seem that many jaw dropping "bargains" or what "I" call "hot deals" here. Though its great when such a nugget is found.
I would say that is definiteley a hot deal

#15
Hope this isnt a silly question ...but can you use to singles as a double if you know what I mean????
#16
none at ayr, glasgow (finnieston), east kilbride, braehead, kinnaird, edinburgh, dundee, perth or aberdeen.

The single one is in stock at INVERNESS....woohoo lol...

Great deal but shame about the stock situation which seems to plague these offers from PCW. My frined was StocK Control Manager at a scottish store up to a couple of years back and he said they get the markdown lists in stock control a day or two before they get marked down. Anything going for a song is "put away" so it can be bought on the day of the markdown by the staff......would explain the garbage stock availability on such deals

I got some in stock in Hereford! Lucky me!

They say they are GAP compatible so they should be able to be linked together.

hils - Most DECT phones will always allow you to "Pair up" a 2nd, 3rd or in some cases up to 6, (my Philips has a limit of 4 though) additional handsets to the base. If you have 2 bases with handsets, you should be able to use 1 as a slave by:-

a) Not plugging in the BT line on the 2nd cradle (So it merely just charges the handset) and
b) Adding the 2nd handset to the Base station of the 1st handset.

I would be very, very surpised if you couldn't do this, it's what the DECT standard was all about.

I managed to get one! Thanks!

They have to be GAP compatabile to be able to used with other handsets, these dont say they are GAP compatable

It does say they are GAP compatible:

"10 Number Phonebook
8 hours Battery Talktime
110 hours Battery Standby
Caller ID Compatible
Up to 300m Range
GAP compatible"
