Heh, we went right off these after that tv show talking about where fishermen catch 'em.

Wherever there is human sewage being pumped out to sea, that's where they catch the seabass. :)

anyone got any good receipes for seabass???

Descale and gut the bass.
Place in a baking tray (better with tall sides) with part boiled potatoes, a couple of cherry tomatoes, two whole sweet onions, capers, parsley and olive oil. Salt at your taste.
Add some water and bake in a pre heated oven (200 C) for 45 minutes.
Enjoy!
