2nd post, again from Asda Store (Stevenage). Decided to break away from my usual Tesco shop and try out the wonders of Asda. Deciding on a 'Mexican' theme night, I decided to make chilli with wedges. After scanning the veg and chiller area I saw a selection of wedges with different dressings on them (Spanish, Mexican and Italian Style). 60p usual price, but offer of 2 for £1. each bag contains 500g, so you get 1kg of Wedges for a nice round quid. Were really nice with the chilli and also has Greg Wallace from masterchef smiling on the packet so you know he'd never promote rubbish!

Better to buy some maris pipers, usually around £1.90 for 2.5 kilos. Cut into chunky wedges, pop onto a baking tray skin side down. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with Schwarz 'Season All' (glass jar from the herbs/spices section) and bake in the oven for about 45 minutes. Taste fantastic!

None in Cannock. Mind you, they always are a bit behind on these things...
