Friels Vintage Craft Cider. £9.99 for 12 cans (330ml) at Lidl.

£9.99 @ LIDL
Not available to buy in singles (works out at 85p a can) but £9.99 for a 12 pack seems good value to me. 7.3% alcohol but very drinkable and good quality, pressed apples. Normally retails at £2 a can.…

Sweet, very appley taste, more like a fruit juice than a cider. Its actually marketed as real juice, not concentrate like most of the Aston Manor stuff. According to the blurb it is made from a mixture of Red Falstaff, Katy and Windsor apples. Don't get me wrong, I've had better, but it is very drinkable. At 85p I'll go grab some, can't go wrong at that price, at £2 there are probably better alternatives depending on your tastes.

Cheers for the info. I think I'll grab some of these. I think I`ll need to drink a can or two at a time at that strength too ;)

Its only 330ml though ;)

Popped into Stafford Lidl at lunch, grabbed 2 packs. Had about 20 left, possibly more.

Still piles of this left at our local Lidl waiting to see the price crash when they decide to get rid of it
