just going to chip in my two penneth's worth here

bought this as I wanted a very low tack tape, but when applied above skirting to the wall paper, and then I gently pulled it off, only for it to tear off the top layer of the wall paper

Then thought, well maybe it'll be better on paint - it wasn't - pulled a bit of the paid off, elsewhere in the house.

Just my experience

Always found this stuff to brilliant when decorating...

Used on wallpaper and paint with no issues..

You leaving it on for too long..? The low-tac stuff i use all the time - never had it rip walpaper... but i make sure its on and off in 5 mins and slowly pull away

Love this stuff, been waiting for Amazon to do a deal but this will do nicely! As above, never had problems with it removing paint or paper, suspect you're leaving it too long, I always place it, paint and remove while the paint is wet, usually only on for 5-10 minutes

+1. I use a small zip bag after use.

I kept this in the shed and the moisture made it extra sticky, really sticky!!! No longer suitable for ANY surface. Keep it sealed.

I find the regular green stuff works better.

Remove from wall when paints still wet!

Don't buy if your not going to use in the next few months. Think the oldest i have used is about 4 months old. I also don't leave in my van in the summer heat or the winter cold. Fresh tape is always the best and never had any problem frog tape. Offer ends at midnight.
