This is a fantastic deal for a family of 4, but it is in term time but it is bargain of deal if you have smaller kids that are yet to be in school because the hotel Protur Aparthotel Bonaire looks amazing, a 4*+ hotel with rave reviews in Cala Bona. Flights are from London Gatwick, but for around £7 more pp you can fly from Doncaster which I think is a great deal as you rarely see Doncaster airport pop up with good prices!

The dates are 10th-17th March 2017 and it is based on 2A and 2 Children on a self-catering basis. Luggage, transfers and flights are all included.

Total Cost £489.97 (works out at £122.49pp)

**The same dates also shows up Doncaster for the same hotel/package but it is £519.09 (works out at £129.77pp)

Thanks for posting. I’ve added the price and merchant to the title.
Here’s a ‘Help’ link which gives tips and advice on thread posting.

Good flight times and nice hotel. Voted hot

We stayed here a couple of years ago, fantastic hotel and fab, friendly staff, we'd go again but I work in a school and our son is school age now so I can't quite justify the cost for us to go there now. We did get quite a good deal 3 years ago when we went.

Fantastic hotel stayed here last year . Heat :p

Remember thanks to the court ruling, as long as your kids have good attendance you can tell the head of your school to stick their threat of fines where the sun don't shine

Would this apply to my Mrs? She works in a school, the sooner she gets out of education the better, the holidays they get are fantastic but the cutbacks, grief and responsibilities are ridiculous. Heat added by the way, keep finding these deals and when she's left we will be all over them, in the meantime need somewhere nice for our 25th wedding anniversary from 5th August for 2 weeks if anything crops up.

Cala Bona in March ! !
I am surprised the hotel is open because not much else will be.

In Majorca only the resorts close to Palma are open in winter.

its a great price, ive been a good few years ago but late in season

But remember this is really early on in season for Mallorca, so weather can be predictable but the 20kg allowance each should cover taken a variety of clothes.

pools be far to cold and all facilities wont be open,

Great value to use as a base and go exploring round island with a car

if you live in Doncaster why bother flying when you can just go bridlington

Dont you need skis for Majorca in March??

The Bonaire was a pretty decent aparthotel when we stayed there 8 years ago. Cala Bona is a pleasant, fairly quiet little resort, close to the bigger resort of Cala Millor on the island's east coast. The Caves of Arta are not too far away for something to do on a wet day. March in Mallorca can be quite cool so take some warm clothing. Max average temp is around the 17°C mark. The recently introduced Balearics 'tourism tax' means you will have to pay the hotel an additional €0.83 (inc 10% VAT) per adult per day during your stay (low season rate) for a one week stay. Children under 16 are not taxed. If your stay is for more than 9 days, the tax is only €0.42 (inc VAT) per adult per day.

Might be worth updating your deal ;), Might get some extra heat :).

Expect weather to average between 12 and 18 degrees in March, You'll need your coat but it is probably much warmer than Bridlington at that time of year ;). The hotel looks nice and it might be the only time of year some people can get away, It's a very good deal imo.

Heat for Doncaster, usually airports are down south when decent deals are posted. Thanks OP.
