It is £9.95 plus del unless you have Prime. It would actually be better if it was £10.

Maybe if they're very sheltered but they won't like the rain!
#6
Does anyone know what type of motion sensor lights need to be purchased for corridors and bathrooms to replace the common switches and bulbs?

It says you can use these in a garage which is dry but damp and can get very cold so i assume if they are not wet they will be fine.

I have something similar, not exactly the same, they run out of battery very quickly (almost every month) and keep turning on even is the day when day light is not very bright.

Does anyone have these and know if these are any better?

Next to the toilet for night time pit stops, hopefully the kids will aim straight and not have to turn the light on ;)

Good price but I can imagine the batteries will need to be replaced often

Under stair or walk in cupboard? Shed? Loft? (just till you find a bigger light there) Hallway or porch - handy for finding keyhole to lockup when coming home late. I have a cheap ebay one near the keyhole at the back door. Its just enough light to help me navigate while carrying 3 shopping bags on each arm :) Over a year, and its still going with the original batteries.

Rechargeable batteries would be a good option.

This.

Would be awesome to hear generally how long they last but I guess its quite an random question someone may have it in an closet they open once a year.

With 3 AAA batteries its not too bad but overall not ideal since AAA batteries even the best rechargeable ones don't have much power in them and if it goes on/off several times a day Id bet it would last 3-4 weeks.

That's what I found when I used a similar device accept it was a philips motion sensor led model, batteries went dead in 3-4 weeks with aaa's I will wait to find one that uses 3-4 AA size batteries since they hold 2-3 x the charge of AAA size batteries.
