FryLight® - The Only One Cal Cooking Spray.
Keeping a watchful eye on fat and calories is key to following a healthier diet, so it is easy to see why award-winning FryLight® is so popular because the patented spray system dispenses a measured 1 calorie per spray.
Each 1 Calorie spray replaces up to 30 calories of normal pouring oil - that's 30 times less fat and no cholesterol.
There are four varieties of FryLight®: Sunflower Oil, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Better Than Butter and the new Stirfry Oil. Something to cook all your favourite dishes, sauces, soups and pastas!
If you are barbecuing, spray your fish, meat and vegetables before cooking, to save fat and calories and to prevent sticking to the grille or pan. Non-stick and cholesterol-free, the healthy option never tasted so good!
A 250 ml can of FryLight is equivalent to 7 litres of ordinary oil, so it's very economical and goes a long, long way.

I got a couple because I have just started Slimming World, can make virtually fat free chips and wedges with this! Also £1.89 at Morrisons.

good find, but none of our local Asda stores (and we have 4 not too far away) stock it anymore.

Strange my local has the Extra Virgin for £1 but is £1.49 online.

does oil really have that many calories? i mean its 1000000 times better than butter, but isnt this going too far? deal still seems hot though

Never heard of this so most interested. Aside from the obvious health benefits, wondering how much 7 litres of oil would cost - surely this is worth buying on that basis alone!

When I was first told about this, I was a little sceptical. Wondered if I could just spray some of my olive oil in a pan (seeing as I have a couple of bottles since last on offer) but was told this was much better. It also means I can have virtually fat free eggs, fried onions, chicken etc... Glad I sent my hubby for the Quorn at Asda for £1 (offer from HUKD) and while on the phone I meantioned it. What a stroke of luck it being on offer!
