"Fujifilm's FinePix Real 3D W3 is a well-built, responsive, affordable, easy to use and largely successful stab at bringing 3D stills and video capture to a wider consumer audience." CNET UK

Having received rapturous reviews around the web and press, we're delighted to be able to bring you this ground-breaking 3D camera for around half of its original price - what better way to maximise the enjoyment of your 3D TV! So, to the spec...

The Fuji FinePix Real 3D W3 uses twin, 10 megapixel sensors and two Fuji lenses to produce stunning 3D pictures and 3D movies. Yes, that's right, not only can you capture static 3D images but you can also shoot 3D video with this camera, too. The REAL 3D Technology works in a similar way to human sight. With twin lenses viewing an object, a sense of perspective can be gained and that's what gives you the sensation of genuine 3D depth. The two, 10 megapixel sensors are synchronised to prevent any inaccuracy between the images with the whole process then being processed by a hi-tech 3D HD processor. It's this processor that also makes it easy to take perfect 3D images, straight out of the box.

Once you've taken the photo, then what? Well, this is the good bit. Once you've taken your 3D photos or videos you can plug the W3 in to your 3D TV, 3D projector or 3D compatible PC and watch the results in glorious 3D! For a more lasting memory you can now even get 3D prints specially printed. OK, so they're not that cheap, but for special occasions they offer a stunning memento.

In case you were wondering, the FinePix Real 3D also happens to perform pretty well as a 2D camera. Because there are twin lenses, the W3 brings about some nifty features with 2D shooting, as well. 2-Colour Simultaneous Shooting lets you take pictures of the same scene with different colour settings. Tele/Wide shooting means you can have a close-up shot, at the same time as a wide angle view! In either mode, the manual shooting functions give you full control of shutter speed and aperture. If you'd rather just leave it to the camera then there are 13 types of pre-set scene modes for the best quality shot to suit the environment.

With a large and bright 3.5 inch LCD display, the FinePix W3 makes framing shots a breeze. The controls are also easy to negotiate and not designed for people with matchsticks for fingers!

These are great - I've had one since December. People have worked out how to decode 3D films to view them on the screen too (in 10 minute chunks I think). The 2 x 10 Megapixel cameras are superb. The only thing I'd say is that they do tend to eat batteries - it's basically two cameras. Spare batteries are easily available on various auction sites though.

How long can you film the 720 3D video for? I remember reading somewhere that there was a 10 second or so cut off...

About 11 and a half minutes I think.... certainly more than 10 seconds. I've done 5 minute videos.
