Just went to buy the X-A1 from UK Digital (£349, £10 cheaper than Amazon).

I was served by someone whose McDonald's had just arrived.. I asked if they had any X-A1s, he said yes, brought one out that had a slight tear in the top of the box, I said have you got one that hasn't been opened?, he said they're all like this, then he broke all the seals on it (which might have been stuck back down from previous openings) without me asking (so he could show it to me), said "woops, sticky fingers" which he rubbed on his fleece, I said I'll leave it for today thanks, then he proceeded to wipe the screen with his fleece before putting it back in the box!

What a waste of over an hour.

Amazon for me :)

Thanks mate you got it right.
Do you know how long will the free lens take to arrive and how would I get for them?
I am after a cheap but decent camera for days out and holiday, so 1 lens would be enough for me.

Went for the x-a1 getting excellent review out there and many claims that it has better IQ than some other more expensive Fuji x cameras, good find heat added

Just to say that the wait on the free lens could be pretty long - they've got a fairly big supply problem at the moment. I put my claim form in at the end of May, and they still don't know how long it'll be. They've been telling me 2 weeks for the last 5...
Having said that, the wait is worth it - this is a cracking deal!

Having unmed and ahhed over the Eos M deal, I was going to pull the trigger on this, as I would want a zoom lens whichever camera I got, and this would still work out cheaper.

However Tesco Direct have totally pulled it from their webpage, and haven't given a straight answer as to why. Are there inherent problems, or have they just got supply issues having been inundated with orders?

Tesco have now said on twitter that they have totally removed the product from their webpage (and thus causing several other bits of the webpage to break) because it was very popular and thus sold out. Seems a bit suspicious to me...
