You can get the S7000 for £30 less at the Fujishop , hardly any difference between the models as far as picture quality is concerned .

I have the 5700 (which is the same as this but only 7.1MP) and it takes brilliant photo's and has brilliant battery life (eg 500+ photo's on 4x 2500mah nimh batteries).

me too , superb camera on the whole. It's almost impossible to do a bad pic with this.
I'm still on the batterys that came with the camera and im a snap happy noob.

one of my fave pics as an example is this one , everything on default / auto.

although like most people who've owned a canon , Id still rather my G5 worked again.

I would spend £40 (if you can) and get the S8000 (8.0MP, 18x Optical Zoom)

I got this camera the other day and have to say for £98 (PC World price match ) it's an absolutely amazing deal!. Really great photos and full manual settings if you're a little more adventurous. All I need now is a budget case to put it in. Can anyone recommend something suitable for a camera of this size and a some space for spare batteries/mem cards?.

I got this camera at Xmas and use it all the time. Superb quality photos - and brilliant battery life. It's seriously THE best camera I have had (and I've had tonnes) - for £99.99 it's quality

Codes??? Do you have money saving codes for Amazon?
Or did you mean vouchers?

I meant vouchers, Sorry mate.

Anyone recommend a cheap case for this?, around the £10 mark, nothing fancy just somewhere to keep it safe.
