So I was just about to pull the trigger on buying an X-T20 body only for the standard price of £799, as I'd not seen them on offer anywhere with the 18-55mm lens, or any cheaper than £799.

However, this popped up today, coming from Amazon.es the total cost once in the basket and at the checkout including P&P is only €948.56 so using a fee free currency card this works out at between £805-807, based on the exchange rate at the time this was posted.

Dispatched from and sold by Amazon.

I don't personally need the XC 16-50mm F3.5-5.6 OIS II lens that comes bundled, but they seem to sell on eBay for about £165-200, which brings the cost of the body down to around £550-570

Anywho, hope someone else finds this as useful as me, and I'm looking forward to receiving my upgrade. :)

Hmm.... tempted to order the XF 23 mm f/2, that's coming in at only £360 which seems to be very cheap. May post that as a separate deal. Link HERE!:)

Seriously if you are voting this cold, and you have no clue about camera's, then go enjoy your 4 Cornetto's for a £1 from Heron's and vote on something you know about.

Or alternatively if you know where you can buy this cheaper, then please share, and stop being selfish. :)

Voted hot but it could be that the cold votes are due to the fact that it there appears to be a 1 to 2 month delay. Assuming that they don't take the Euros until they dispatch, sterling price could change quite a bit, especially with election in between.

Indeed, it seems to have now gone out of stock - as for the £/€ change it would have to go down to €1.05 to £1 for it to cost the same as it does now in the UK. Also you could just cancel it, if there is a change you are not happy with.

It's sad that people who may be interested don't get to see some of the better deal with bigger savings, due to the mentality of people not understanding the product. Which is one of the reasons after about 7/8 years on here, I've not hit 1000 votes, since I only vote if I 100% know it's a good or bad deal. :)

I am after a new lens for my xt10. I fancy the 90ml and something wide. They all cost serious cash though!

Well I just voted cold because you are insulting the audience you are trying to inform.

Just for the record I do understand the product.

I hope you now get screwed on the deal.

None in stock at the moment, but http://shop.fujifilm.co.uk/digital-cameras/refurbished-digital-cameras?p=1 suggests they're £699 refurbished.

I added heat but if I were you I would buy the body and try and pick up an XF lens second hand rather than the new XC lens. Personally I'm giving it a year before I buy, my X100 will do me till then.

The votes here are completely meaningless. Anyone who has been on here a while knows that.

The purpose of getting it as a kit, is to sell the XC lens, as per my opening post, I already have 35mm f/1.4 and the 56mm f/1.2 - looking to add the 23mm f/2.0 or maybe the XF 10-24mm have not decided yet. :)

Not voting either way, but you should know there is a big difference between the 16-50mm lens and the 18-55mm lens you have mentioned in the description. They are on a completely different level of quality.

Also know that the X-Pro2 is only about £900 from retailers refurbished and that last gen's X-T1, which is a solidly built weatherproof professional camera, is only around £450 now for anyone who doesn't need the extra megapixels.

I'm an XT2 owner myself.

Yes, agreed the XC and XF lenses are not comparable, but I only posted this deal to show you could sell the 16-50mm and end up with an X-T20 for circa £550-570, which compared to the X--T1 refurb is in my opinion a much better deal.

While the X-T1 has it's appeal, and things like weather proofing, I don't think the improvements in IQ from the sensor in the X-T20 can be out weighed by the £100 saving for a refurbished camera, and I am sure you wouldn't want to swap your X-T2 for an X-T1. :)

Voted hot as a good price but I think your sell price for 16-50 is a little optimistic. I'm happy to stick with T1 and T10 and yet to be convinced by Touchscreen.
