This seems like a great deal, seriously considering buying one of these, thanks.

According to a user review on Amazon the F500 is identical but without GPS or RAW support, so if these aren't important to you you can get it here for £99.95 and save a few more quid.

It also shoots 8fps compared to the f500s 3fps :)

Don't mean to hijack this deal, but if you don't mind refurb, this might be a better deal:

Only positive reviews? I really fancied this camera but quite a few negatives from reviewers on Amazon put me off it.

I'm looking to spend about £100 on a camera, just for general use, holidays etc.
Like the look of the f500, what differences am i likely to notice between the f500 and the one in this post, bearing in mind I dont know much about cameras. Would the f500 be suitable, or would it be worth spending the extra £25.
Also, in the features it states 'Power supply:NP-50 Li-ion battery (included) CP-50 with AC power adapter AC-5VX (sold separately)'
Does this mean it doesnt come with a charger?

More than the odd bad one. :) The views of people who actually bought it and used it are every bit as valid as any professional reviewer. :)
Anyway, I also came to the conclusion that it's a bit overkill for my needs, which are very basic indeed. I really just wanted something with a better zoom than my old Samsung Digimax i600 (not difficult), so I ended up on the Fuji site and bought a refurb T200 for £54.09 delivered.
    Lacking a bit on features but the rest is pretty good according to 'Photography Blog' who scored it thus;
    Ratings (out of 5)
    Design 4.5
    Features 3.5
    Ease-of-use 4
    Image Quality 4.5
    Value for money 4

Anyway the fail safe is that my missus will take it if it doesn't suit me. It's good to get authorisation from the boss. :)

I have the 500EXR and paid £160 about 1 year ago. (Same camera less RAW Function and GPS)

Great Full HD Video, however it goes totally out of focus when zooming which would ruin any video playback.

Low light photo performance is the worst of any camera i have ever owned.

I have always had Fuji camera's, however never again....this model is a real pig. I dont even use the camera anymore, i hate it that much.

I bought a refurbished Fuji 300EXR and ended up sending it back as the low light, which is similar output to this is unbelievably bad, it was a shame, because it was such a lovely looking camera, compact and smart, but most of my photos are inside, so no deal, also the focusing was horrendous, I had read all the bad comments beforehand and didn't think it could have been as bad as it was described, and ended up regretting it, sometimes reviews are not worth listening to, but in this case they were right.
I know this is a different model, but i think it inherited they might have similar problems.

One thing i will say though is their customer service is the best i have come across, they were pleasant to deal with, they sent me a package pre paid to send it back and refunded me everything back, no problem, Their customer service is first class.
