I was asking about the S7000, not the S700, I have had a S7000 for about 7 years, great camera...

even saying that I am still just getting "Order been processed" on the 1 I did manage to order... would not surpise me if it was a price cock up and they removed them as soon as the orders started going in...
#15
The confirmation e-mail I had said that it would be available to pick up in store from 9:15 on Monday. Looking good!

Don't hold your breath....I turned up to collect mine, but the staff can't find it. :x

Just wrote a snotty e-mail to head office.

Just checked my order again, and it is now saying that my item is on back order....

why dont they just contact me and say they dont have them!!!!

Yes it was a good price, but not worth waiting forever for them to come back in to stock, especially saying that they were probably selling off old stock and will never get any new stock in...

Did they take payment from you before you went to collect it??

Well, they take credit card details when you order, but state tht you need to pay in-store when you pick it up. I've done this many times and it does work this way. It seems the card details are there just for confirmation and to stop people messing them about...
