not really (i think you can buy some sort of scart -> hdmi adaptor but its probably not ideal)...you would be better plugging in a sky hd box with the hdmi connection.
#7
Does it come with a HDMI cable?
#8
This is the same price as the last time it was posted isn't it?
#9
Super price, voted hot
even has a headphone jack for 360 late gaming :)
anyone know if the 3 year warranty is onsite/swap out?

My brother has the 22inch, and the viewing angle is just awful. You just have to move your head a wee bit and you notice it.

PS3 via HDMI, yes.
PC via DVI -> HDMI or VGA, yes
Freeview via ... HDMI but only if PC is VGA

You'll need a good VGA cable for 1920x1080.

PS3 = HDMI
Freeview box = HDMI
PC = D-SUB

Google suggest that a "D-Sub" is a D-shaped 15 PIN connector - that's what I have going into my monitor right now..?

D-SUB == VGA, the 15-pin (three rows of five pins/holes), usually blue, connector.

So the layout of FB & PS3 will work via HDMI (provided the freeview box does indeed have HDMI), and I can connect my PC to this monitor as I have my current one..?

Yeah.

If your PC has two video outputs, you might be able to keep on using your existing monitor (only worthwhile if it's also an LCD) alongside the new one. But don't worry about this if you don't need it, I tend to keep things going until it's just silly.

I'm also assuming that it is easy to switch inputs on this monitor.

Well - I think I'm going to take the plunge and find out.

I can then sell my existing LCD monitor (19" widescreen) and HD ready CRT TV for about £100, making my outlay £40..? Sounds OK to me.

Rep left for your advice.

Cheers. If you ever need more HDMI inputs, then you can use a HDMI switcher - I think I saw one posted yesterday.

Good reference for the monitor..! Seems to suggest that switching input source is a tad fiddly. Think I'll go for it anyway.

just saw on those forums that it has a line IN not a line OUT. So you can't connect your headphones, nearly bought it there, don't think my housemates would like me watching films at full blast all night! annoying.

What, you can't err... put the headphones into your PC?

I got one of these the last time the offer was on in feb (i think).

I think its great, it looks really nice, but the compromise is the buttons are hidden underneath the monitor and are not labelled at the front. the `up and down` viewing angle is poor (made worse by the fact that it only tilts down a few degrees).

i did get a dead column of pixels, fujitsu said they would replace it and i would get a call back `soon`. to arrange a swap date. the distributors were out of stock, so i never get anything sorted for about a month. that made me sad, but i think it was just bad timing and not necessarily a common thing.

regardless, good times have been had with me and my monitor. so HOT.

can anyone confirm that the speakers can be switched off?

You can turn the volume down to zero.

Got mine setup just now.. head on down the the FS forum if anyone wants my old VideoSeven 19" Widescreen..!

Absolutely brilliant. Sound isn't up to much, but it's certainly not bad.

Thanks for that, but both your links are for Fujitsu Siemens AMILO Display L3220T 22 INCH, which also doesn't seem to have HDMI.

I had this item delivered yesterday and it is an amazing piece of kit for the money. Ps3 worked beautifully through it at 1080p and also a great Picture from the PC at 1080 resolution (VGA).

It has got a stuck pixel in the middle of the screen (blue dot) so it is being returned tomorrow. Unfortunatly they do not have any more of these in stock so no replacement. Misco Customer Services were very good in sorting out the return.

Paid a bit more and have just purchased this from Misco:

Very good write ups and great connectivity with HDMI DVI and VGA.
