Hi

How do you get NUS on Amazon?

Thanks

...if you go to the NUS website (http://www.nus.org.uk/) , log-in and find amazon...

It will give you a code you can use on any Amazon order in the discount code section,

from then on it will show as a discount option when you go to pay so you only have to enter it once (the first time), then it will always be there from then on!

did you actually see any NUS discount on this item? because i've added it to my basket and went all the way to the end and did not see my NUS discount applied!

i think I'd rather spend a little more even £15-20 quid on a cibox and gets a 3 year warranty...1 year seems poor for a monitor these days

Fujitsu Siemens warranty on all UK supplied monitors is 3 years on site as standard. I'd rather buy this deal than a Cibox.

If the 22inch is too big. (and for me it is)

Then the 19" equivalent is £10 cheaper at Cdiscount.co.uk at £89.99
#11
Would still wait for a higher res as this is not full HD (1080p) compatible.

A good deal if your not looking for 1080p however.

gr8 deal. but u can pick up a used 24£"for this  heat added regardless

Looks good to me. Doesn't come with an audio cable though. How do you connect the audio into it?
#14
Don't forget you get nectar points through Amazon too by going through Nectar.com to Amazon!

Can't seem to find any in depth reviews on the internet for this or their other screens. If anyone has one or knows of any reviews that would be good.

They also have a bigger full hd one with 2 hdmi as well at:-

http://www.misco.co.uk/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=342071&CatId=0

The price seems to be dropping on the 22"s e.g. the BENQ 2200 HD recently.

Does anyone have one or know of any reviews?

Fujitsu also have a bigger one (full hd with 2 hdmi) showing 'No stock available, product ordered on demand' at misco. Does anyone know what that means in real terms? Amazon actually seem to have the smaller ones in stock but not sure if they are full hd or have hdmi.

You can find the bigger one at the link below. Does it look a bit techno or electro-pop? :-

It may not be a TV but it does have integrated (intergrated according to amazon) speakers - so how do you get the audio into it?
#21
Should add - I don't mind buying a cable but it would be nice to know which cable to buy.

I don't have this monitor, but typically they have a line in socket. The type of cable you will need will depend on what the sound source is.

I have yet to see a budget monitor with built in speakers that were worth switching on.
