I was looking for good deals on Blockbuster and have seen a few for individual games, but no extensive list, and the Blockbuster site annoyingly doesn't have any kind of sorting function, so my OCD resulted in me making the lists below (first two comments).

Same here when I bought Starfox on the 3DS a few months back. When I complained they implied that I should still be happy as long as the game worked ok!!!!!! Then I sent it back and they said they never received it. When they finally agreed to refund me anyway nothing happened for a week so I had to email them to prompt them again before the whole saga finally came to an end!!!!

The sooner they go out of business the better IMO.

I thought it only fair to be truthful. I don't actively hate many songs, but this gives me a reaction similar to an anaphylactic shock and makes me want to pour cement in my sound holes.

Pretty dodgy that they frequently send preowned games instead of the advertised 'new'. Really tempted to get Vanquish and Singularity on PS3, but don't much fancy running the risk of getting battered old copies!

I've bought a few pre-owned from the Marketplace before and they have … I've bought a few pre-owned from the Marketplace before and they have always been like new, case's were clean and unmarked, disc's were immaculate.

Not really the same though is it? You're buying pre-owned and getting better than expected. When you buy new you (obviously) expect just that!

Might be appropriate considering other people's experiences here (me included), where you're likely going to end up with something other than 'new'.

Maybe I've been exceptionally unlucky with this so-called retailer.

Not sure if they've got their act together now.

My cards always get rejected when trying to buy from BB online. Thought it was 'me' or the cards at first. Oh no, it's the card issuers not liking BB!

I put about 10 items in my basket but 9 of them couldn't be purchased; they weren't available for home delivery, and not one of the 7 stores listed locally to me offered 'click and collect'!

As I understand these "NEW" BLockbuster games don't come sealed (correct me if im wrong), so for those it would apply to would they all come with a valid Online/DLC Pass. I'm asking this because the games are not sealed and blockbuster are a rental company oO

I've had mixed results with blockbuster. Prototype 2 arrived brand new, sealed and shiny. Singularity arrived looking scuffed to all hell. I complained on this and they said I could return it but I couldn't honestly be arsed for the few quid i paid for it I have decided to only pay prices at blockbuster for new games that I would be okay to pay for pre-owned copies. This is why I am not biting with DMC and Dishonoured (10 quid each for PS3), even though they are great prices if they are indeed new.
