Most people say this is easily broken within hours of giving it to children

i got my budding little drummer this for christmas last yr he was 3 at the time and broke it in 20mins by hitting it too hard. not worth the money!!

i got this for my then 3 year old, and it went the same ways as yours

i wanted to say exactly the same. brought this a couple of birthdays ago for my little boy and was broken within a day. waste of money.

me too i'm afraid. bought this for 23 year old son, and he broke it within minutes. bloody students.

Same here - bought it for me 3 year old last Christmas - for £12:49 - it was broken by Boxing Day

Thanks for your comments everyone, we have just picked this up today for our toddler for xmas from his uncle - before I saw this thread obviously! - its going back tomorrow! lol!
Time to find something else!
Can anyone recommend a toy drum set that wont break this easily?!

i bought a similar looking one from asda last xmas and it's still going strong despite being thrown around and stomped on by a 7 year old and a 2 year old.

Thanks for the comments everyone - was going to buy this for my youngest to keep at his grandparents.

Will look around for something else but not going to vote in this instance
