Thanks for this edi.I'm looking for a basic function pvr and this looks like the one (fusion).Refurbished one's are available from microdirect, but only a tenner or so less,so this looks a better option being brand new and no probs with returns.voted hot:thumbsup:
Anybody know if they are still giving the free vouchers with £50 and £100 spend.

Yes...
And unfortunately with the dual tuner models in this thread you cannot record two channels at once. They only let you record one channel whilst watching another . So it may be just as cheap to buy a single tuner model plus an additional non-recording freeview box ( giving the same flexibility , plus single tuners models seem to have less problems).

If you want a decent twin tuner box ( that can record two channels at once) then the £119 Matsui model ( 80Gb) at currys seems to be getting very good reviews on digitalspy forums.

Remember to user the voucher price10 to get 10% discount. Brings the total down to £106, perhaps a good buy?

Also a possible 3.5% through Quidco ....

I bought the fvrt 95 (original post) when the microdirect offer was on a couple of months ago. Good piece of kit, i thought at first, very easy to use and set up etc., but now it appears that i'm experiencing problems that a lot of people are having with this box and worse still. I now cannot playback my recorded programmes and when rebooting, it deletes all my recorded programmes! They magically reappeared one day, but i still couldn't play them back and they subsequently disappeared again.... very strange! Awaiting a response from digifusion, but from other people's feedback, i'm not sure how quick they will be to respond. I'll wait and see. Very annoying glitch, i've recorded some really good stuff and i'm pretty miffed that they're all gone now :-(
