Only a few months ago 2Gb of ddr2 800 would cost £200!

Hi Kayote - i'm afraid if your ram is DDR and not DDR2, then this ram will not be compatible :-(

Excellent price :) Nice find! Thanks.

Personally the timings are ok but I prefer 4-4-4-12 or 3-3-3-12, though I'm not sure whether it will give tight timings with more voltage or not.
Voted hot because it's cheap.

It depends larelgy on the platform you're using it on, with Intel CPU's timings make very little difference but on the AMD platform timings make a noticable difference. There's also the possibility that these will run at 4-4-4-12 @ 800MHz despite the 5-5-5 rating.

imo i dont think these sort of items should be on hotukd, theres too many people that do not know thier spec, what RAM is or what this RAM can do for your pc, it will probobaly make alot of people confused...

but nevertheless ive seen this deal on a Technology forum and it is idd a gr8 deal

Nice price, I went for the OCUK pack which was £19 dearer but with better timings, had I known about this one I probably would of gotten it :)
