Depends what onboard gfx you are running? The 210 is roughly the same performance as a midrange card from 10 years ago, so don't expect miracles :)
depends on what you need from it. in my case the g210 is a secondary GPU to allow me to have 3 monitors. this being said since my first GPU is a geforce gts450 and i didn't want to cause a driver-mess I got the cheapest Nvidia possible.
