I realised that. But thought the price drop was thought the price drop was worth a repost. ;-)

Rep goes to the OP for finding the deal in the first place.

"This was just posted about 20 hours ago but since then the price has dropped nearly £7, not an insignificant drop"

Anyways, I agree with you, I would not go near a new card right now. Prices are literally dropping every day.

Yep agreed worth new post as the guts of a tenner cheaper.

Didnt mean to imply it was a repeat post.

I wonder what the floor will be pricewise for these cards.

Wasn't there one up for 135 a week or so ago?
#5
Just ask the original poster to upgrade the price as it was only this morning.

That was a hot deal, and I'm guessing the basement that these will get to for the next couple of months at least.

That one only has 192 stream processors. It's a different card. This is the cheapest price I've seen for a 216 core card. Plus, it has a custom cooler which is cooler, quieter and allows for greater overclocking.

I should think this should just come under the original deal posted this morning. Great deal but I do think there's no need for a repost.

Just thought it'd be easier for people to find/know about the price drop, tis all. Oh well, I won't do it next time I guess. :)

The custom cooler on this model is no better or worse than the standard cooler. It is simply cheaper to manufacture, which is why both this and Palit branded cards are the cheapest currently available. Google "Palit Sonic 55nm Review" for more info. They both use the same cooler which has less copper but more fans than reference cards.
