Are you new to online gambling? The hurdles and hoops put up by them is crazy, hence the investigation currently starting. It's your money until you want to withdraw it.

What hurdles are put up by the casino (rather than things they have to do by law, eg KYC) if you don't take a bonus?

I've never had a problem withdrawing, I complete KYC as soon as I open my account, don't take any deposit bonuses (unless they have a very small WR) and playthrough the deposit at least once. Not once had a problem withdrawing, and thats at over 20 casino's and bookies.

The small print says that cashback will not be paid if you've registered online at any GalaCoral website.

So it looks as if you're goosed if you've got a Coral bookies account?? The OP really needs to put this in the original post immediately..

The minimum withdrawal is £1. There is no free bonus or anything here, that money is hers.
