Heat added, farmfoods were doing this in the jar for 99p then £1.29, then stopped honeys altogether. Agreed, this is the cheapest around.

What do you mean pure sugar? it's honey, they can't sell pure sugar as honey can they? genuine question, I'm interested to know, because I've stopped sugar altogether and only use honey, thinking it's the healthier option. Since gales is the cheapest (I stock piled when farmfoods was doing it for 99p) I only use gales.

I buy local honey, there is plenty of choice on ebay, you get 1kg organic honey for around £13-14 which I eat but Gale's and similar I use in food.
