  No comment 'hot-or-cold' for this deasl, but I have noticed (as someone who has shopped their for many years) that Thompson & Morgan have been ramping up their RRP on items and then creating an artificial 'SALE' price, which is pretty much what the original price was!
  For instnace, I purchased a window-sill propogator (just a tray really) at full price for £10 years ago. The same item now has an RRP of £30, but is on 'SALE' for £10. Do they think we are stupid? Maybe the're right...

  I think prices will shoot up once the ban officially starts and people realise these are exempt.

  Don't know how, but read an article that it does and garden centres are going to make a killing by putting prices up.

  Just spoke to Southeast water and they say. The concession for this type of Irrigation System, is only for Blue badge holders and for people over 65. Make of that what you will.
