£45 is very expensive for this imo! I do hampers for x-mas presents... got lots of baskets for £1 each and then personalize it... :)

Know someone who wants one of these baskets - not the contents. Where do you get them for £1 each? tks

There is no way that was worth £49.00
Got to be honest - does not even begin to tempt me at £19.

There are lots of good offers around at the moment on good quality garden hand tools , apron and twine - nothing out of the ordinary and the food bits are nice but not worth much when put together.

Like the baby hamper on another post, it's a lovely idea but just not worth the money, even at £19. I'm voting hot though as it's given me inspiration to do a garden themed hamper for the in-laws anniversary and it is a good price if you need a gift for someone who'd appreciate the JL brand name more than a home-made effort.

Could'nt just see my dad prancing around the garden with this, the tools seem okay but the rest of it is just rubbish, seems as though they have just filled it with anything worth about £6 in my opinion

In my view its not even worth £19 , how the hell they had the cheek to ever have this on sale for £49 ill never know

Plus I'm really mad with john Lewis at the moment , i ordered an Item in the sale and they have the cheek to send me a cheaper alternative and charging me the same....didn't even ask me or nothing , yet when i checked there site yesterday they were still claiming to have the original item i ordered for sale.
Why the hell would i want another item whats cheaper and totally the wrong colour from the one i ordered , grrr just made me so mad .
I will not be using them again thats for sure
