Garmin Forerunner for £89 - Pretty good I think. I bought this for £95 and I thought that was a good price. Brill piece of kit for the jogging, running as well as Cycling..........RRP £149

Just when you thought Garmin had cornered the market on powerful, affordable, and effective wrist-mounted GPS devices, here comes the Forerunner 205. The release of this device is a major achievement from a design and technology perspective. This isn't just marketing-speak; the Forerunner 205 is the most accurate, most reliable wrist-mounted performance and GPS tracking tool we've ever tested. Yes, it's that good. While no device this compact can do everything (yet), the 205 pushes the boundaries of what is possible from something strapped around your wrist.

Look at the size of it!

Just lifting my arm up to look at it would tire me out!

Yeah it is big!! - But it is also light, and you really don't think about it when it is on. I use it solely for running and it is a great piece of kit.
looks like a blood pressure moniter.
£89 for a gps!?
Its a great gadget.
I bought the 305 heart rate monitor for £97.
Yes its big but I do want a heart rate monitor as well but. don't want my gps unit (such as my phone) wrecked because I've taken some singletrack too quickly on my mtb and been thrown over the bars (again).
Its the same logic that biking video cameras with a seperate recording unit are called suicide cams!
