Garmin Forerunner 610 HRM £130.00 @ Sweatshop

£130.00 @ sweatshop
Garmin is far better than tomtom and this is a lot of watch for the price. The interval features are a must for any serious runner.

This watch came out over 5 years ago! Gonna get chilly in here! Current TomTom much better than this.

Plus £5 postage. But there's a 20% off code for Sweatshop, so you could get it for £109. http://www.hotukdeals.com/vouchers/sweatshop-20-discount-code-2322990

Yes, its a very old model now. Plus seems it has problems with the touchscreen, and general unreliability.
I think better looking for something like a Forerunner 220, or a 230 for slightly more. Or even a Forerunner 25, which is much simpler and cheaper, but better than the 610 in some ways.

Thanks for the code!!!!

Interesting points. Glad to know the running community is present! I wish that the MotoActv had come out with a 2 version.

Did some more research and seems like the 920xt would be a better model than this

Tomtom is okay for the hobby runner but they lack basic advanced user settings like high customisable interval settings which is important when training to beat your PB

I have beaten my PB consistently over the last few years and I don't do highly-customisable intervals! I have a TomTom Spark and also a Garmin FR920XT - both great watches. If this watch was under a £100 it might be good value but it's really quite outdated now.
